Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

By Lea does not currently offer subscription or recurring purchase options. All purchases are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bylea.store with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
